Is that a Chinese Haiku? or just random words and thoughts….. forgive me, for I am a numbers guy.
Tanka is a Japanese poetry form consisting of five lines and 31 syllables. It traditionally focuses on the simplicity of a moment. But #4 doesn’t give a crap about that. He just chose it because it alliterates with “Tax.”

I tried to dig my heels in for a couple days about the chocolate milk thing, but now I just mix up a sippy the night before, stick it in the fridge, and hand it to him before he can even open his mouth.
Smart….very smart!!!! We had the chocolate syrup vanilla soy milk crazed spawn for a while – she was so skinny we just wanted to get something in her – she didn’t/doesn’t like food (now she’s 7 and has no choice – dinner or starvation…).
